For Mandela Day 2021, Kids Giving is supporting Baby Bundles – who collect and pack bags with useful products for moms and their new babies. The bags go to clinics in Khayelitsha, Hout Bay and Bot River.
Several school holiday plans have been scuppered because of lockdown, and our kids are left twiddling their thumbs – in more ways than one … so here’s a chance to get them looking at something other than a screen for 30 mins 🤣. It’s an awesome feeling to do something fun – and know that at the end of it, a warm blanket will keep a mom and her new baby warm, in this freezing Cape winter.
Please join us if you’d like to make blankets to keep moms and babes warm in winter. We’ll get them to Jean who does an awesome job co-ordinating for Baby Bundles.
